I took them back and they verified the prescription was correct. Dr. Bickel offered to retest me and the results were different from the previous one. Dr. Bickel sent the glasses back using the new prescription and when I received them they were perfect. All this with no extra charge even though there was no error on Visusl Care's part. Christy was also very helpful in helping me a select a really good pair of progressive lenses with all the options. She is very sensitive about over selling me a pair of glasses that were too expensive. She made it clear that progressives needed to be high-quality.
